Energy Awareness 101
A foundational offering for those reclaiming clarity, boundaries, and belonging through rooted energetic care
A Return to What Was Always Yours
Now more than ever, cultivating energy awareness is essential. In a world of constant noise, speed, and overstimulation, tending to our unseen body becomes a practice of reclamation; a way to reconnect with what sustains us beneath the surface.
This course is for those walking the path of restoration; unlearning survival patterns, reweaving boundaries, and carrying only what is truly theirs. Whether you’re a parent, space holder, cycle-breaker, or someone moving through the weight of being human, Energy Awareness 101 offers a grounded invitation into daily energetic care and hygiene.
These teachings are not trends. They are adaptations of ancestral rhythms; rooted in nervous system safety, ritual, and relational integrity. This is not about spiritual performance or bypassing the reality we live in.
On the contrary, this conversation invites us to turn toward the truth of our lived experience and the collective conditions we move through. Energy awareness is not an escape; it is what helps us meet life with clarity and presence. We learn to cultivate our energy not to disconnect, but to show up from a more rooted, restored, and sovereign place.
This is an educational and experiential offering: we will explore what the energetic body is, what disrupts it, how to tend to it, and how to cultivate practices and approaches that support long-term wholeness.

About Sarah, the facilitator
Sarah Bitar is a holistic therapist, educator, and guide devoted to trauma-informed, body-based, and ancestral pathways to healing. Her work is rooted in the belief that we each carry the capacity to transform inherited wounds, restore connection, and reorient toward inner clarity and dignity.
Through her integrative practice, she supports cycle-breakers, caregivers, and seekers in returning to the wisdom of their own bodies and the quiet power of their remembering. She believes energy literacy is a birthright; and that remembering it is part of personal and collective repair.

FAQ
Do I need to be "spiritual" to join?
Spirituality in this context isn’t about subscribing to a belief system or performing a role. It's about deepening awareness, cultivating integrity, and showing up to life with presence and care. Gandhi described spirituality as living in alignment with truth and love, not withdrawing from the world but engaging with it more intentionally. Similarly, philosophers like Krishnamurti and Simone Weil spoke of spirituality as self-awareness and attention—the ability to meet reality fully, without bypassing it. If you’ve ever felt the weight of what’s not yours and longed to return to yourself, this is for you.
Is this only for mothers or healers?
No. This session includes practices supportive for everyone, it is for anyone longing for grounded energetic care.
Is this course culturally respectful?
Yes. This work is rooted in reverence, cultural humility, and relational integrity. It avoids spiritual bypassing and does not extract from Indigenous or sacred traditions. Instead, it invites respectful engagement with ancestral knowledge; offering tools to integrate these values into modern life in a way that honors lineage, context, and responsibility.
What if I can’t attend live?
The recording will be available for purchase at $44 for those unable to join the session in real time. For those attending live who wish to revisit the material, access to the replay is available for an additional $11
